As a

Customer Relation Executive

, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking to buy or sell vehicles. You will play a key role in managing inquiries, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads Provide accurate information about available vehicles, pricing, and procedures Schedule appointments for vehicle viewings and test drives Coordinate between sales team and customers Follow up with clients after visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage sales Maintain up-to-date records of leads and customer interactions Resolve basic customer concerns or complaints effectively Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

FEMALE Proven experience in customer service or sales support (automotive industry preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
