Job Summary



We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Relation Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience while supporting business retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention Conduct client meetings and deliver engaging presentations on company services Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and close deals Track and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

Requirements



1-3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
