Main Responsibilities
Act as the key contact for both existing and potential clients
Conduct market research and outreach to uncover new business opportunities
Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients to boost satisfaction and loyalty
Lead client meetings and deliver compelling presentations about our services
Partner with the sales team to craft customized proposals and close business deals
Meet established monthly sales goals and performance indicators
Handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction
Keep detailed and accurate records of all client communications and sales efforts in CRM systems
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software
