Job Description

Academic Advising and Counseling:

Provide individual and group academic counseling to students regarding course selection, degree requirements, and academic goals.

Assist students in creating and managing academic plans to ensure they are on track for graduation.

Advise on academic probation, suspension, and re-admission processes.

Provide advice and strategies for improving academic performance, including time management, study techniques, and test-taking skills.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Serve as the main point of contact for new clients and ensure excellent customer service.

Understand client needs and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet those needs.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.

Analyze client feedback, industry data, and sales metrics to refine sales strategies and tactics.

Monitor the competitive landscape and report on any significant changes that may affect business development strategies.

Sales Strategy & Proposal Development:

Develop and present tailored proposals, presentations, and product demos to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Negotiate pricing and terms with prospective clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.

Closing Sales Deals:

Guide prospects through the sales process and close deals effectively.

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a structured pipeline to maximize the closing rate.

Work to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and management) to ensure smooth project delivery after sales.

Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management regarding sales activities and performance.

Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in the company's CRM system.

Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement:

Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

Participate in the continuous improvement of business development processes.

Salary : 3000 AED - 4000 AED + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Language:
