We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer relations team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain existing customer relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product/service information and support to customers
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in customer relations or sales
Salary package :2500-4000 AED + Incentives
