. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by handling maintenance-related inquiries, complaints, and service requests from tenants .
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages regarding maintenance issues.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule service requests and follow up on job completion.
Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve them in a timely manner.
Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their requests.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for the management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a
Customer Care
role, preferably within
real estate or maintenance services
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid QID and NOC (preferred for local candidates).
