Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Sales Admin & Customer Care Executive

Female Candidate to join our real estate team. This role combines administrative support for the sales department with delivering excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a smooth and professional transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and manage sales documents, contracts, and agreements. Maintain and update property listings, CRM systems, and client records. Coordinate with agents and clients for meetings, property viewings, and follow-ups. Support sales reporting, presentations, and proposal preparations. Track and monitor sales transactions, payments, and documentation compliance. Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person. Provide accurate information on properties, offers, and company services. Handle client concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to enhance the overall customer experience.
