The Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating maintenance service requests, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, inquiries, and service requests professionally.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for job scheduling and follow-ups.
Prepare and send quotations to customers as per company guidelines.
Record complaints, create work orders, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain daily job reports and update customers on work status.
Provide clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the maintenance team with basic administrative tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in maintenance or facility management is an advantage.
Ability to prepare quotations accurately.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
