Your Role Will Include:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Providing clear, helpful information about our products
Preparing accurate quotations and order details for clients
Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Handling daily administrative tasks to support team operations
Occasionally assisting with studio photoshoots and events
What We're Looking For:
Good written and verbal communication skills
A warm, professional, and approachable demeanor
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or customer service
Position Details:
Location: Dubai, UAE
Full-time | 6 days per week
Immediate start preferred
