We are looking for a polite, efficient, and computer-savvy
Customer Service & Admin Support Executive
to assist with both customer communication and backend administration. This role involves handling calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, preparing invoices and quotations, updating the website on Shopify, basic photo editing on Canva, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp with professionalism and care.
Support order processing, quotations, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
Update product listings, pricing, and availability on the Shopify website.
Use Canva to edit product images and create simple visuals for promotions.
Maintain organized records, assist with internal coordination, and support admin tasks.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Learn and adapt to internal tools (e.g., Odoo or similar systems) as needed.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in customer service, admin, or e-commerce roles.
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
Basic knowledge of Shopify and Canva is an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Organized, responsible, respectful, and a team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
