We are looking for a proactive and organized
Customer Service & Admin Executive
to support our daily operations and help us deliver an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to client calls and WhatsApp messages
Nurture client relationships via WhatsApp (including follow-ups, FAQs, and upselling when appropriate)
Send before-and-after cleaning photos from our cleaner groups to client partners
Share marketing collaterals and service updates on WhatsApp with clients and prospects
Assist with general admin tasks as required
Requirements:
MUST
be on own visa or spouse-sponsored visa (we do not provide visas for this role)
Good communication skills (spoken & written English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus)
Strong customer service mindset and a friendly, patient attitude
Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic admin tools, and learning new apps
Reliable internet and smartphone/laptop access for remote work
Available to work 6 days a week (2 days from our office in Dubai; 4 days remote)
