Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Serve as the

primary point of contact

for clients, agents, and tenants, providing timely and professional assistance via phone, email, and chat.
? Handle inquiries related to

property listings, rentals, sales, and transactions

with in-depth knowledge of real estate processes.
? Assist with

scheduling property viewings, open houses, and inspections

for agents and clients.
? Maintain and update

CRM systems

(e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) with client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
? Resolve client concerns,

negotiate minor disputes

, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
? Collaborate with real estate agents to

prepare contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents

.
? Stay updated on

local real estate market trends

and company listings to provide accurate information.

Qualifications & Skills:



2+ years of customer service experience

, preferably in

real estate, property management, or hospitality

. Familiarity with

real estate terminology, transactions, and documentation

(e.g., MLS, leases, purchase agreements). Proficiency in

CRM software

and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exceptional

communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a

client-first attitude
