Customer Service Representative
! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, assisting with scheduling, inquiries, insurance questions, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all our patients.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule and confirm dental appointments, ensuring accurate information is recorded
Assist with insurance verification and provide information on coverage options
Address billing inquiries, process payments, and explain billing procedures
Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain patient confidentiality
Provide support to dental staff by relaying important patient information
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up tasks
Stay up-to-date on dental services, procedures, and insurance requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor
Proficient in using customer service software and office management tools
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational and time management skills
College diploma
Arabic speaker is a plus
