We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Cross-Border Customs & Logistics Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in customs procedures, documentation, and cross-border transportation across the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Customs E-Mirsal 2 documentation and procedures. Handle procedures for issuing BOE Bonded documents from Jebel Ali Free Zone. Manage Jebel Ali Free Zone processes, including Transit-In, Transit-Out, LGP, and related documentation. Communicate with UAE border authorities to ensure smooth processing of all export documents. Assign and coordinate with clearance agents at various GCC destinations. Oversee cross-border transportation operations for different truck types (Dry Box Closed, Flatbed, Low Bed, etc.). Liaise with shippers to review documents and advise on government approvals required for imports/exports via land freight. Maintain and develop contacts with direct drivers and transporters for procurement and supply chain support. Manage TIR Carnet procedures for cross-border GCC movements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance and cross-border logistics. Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC customs regulations and documentation. Familiarity with land freight operations and truck types. Excellent communication and coordination skills with authorities, agents, and shippers. Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely clearance. Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
