The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the Logistics Manager and support the efficient execution of logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves preparing and coordinating transport documentation, ensuring smooth deliveries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity for UAE Nationals (Emirati talent), and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage transportation documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery advice, bills of lading, etc.) in compliance with NOV policies.
• Coordinate import/export shipments in line with global logistics processes.
• Liaise with operations, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to achieve goals.
• Support cost-effective and timely transport solutions.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and service providers regarding shipment status.
• Assist in cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and HSE standards.
• Work with Quality Control to meet ISO certification requirements.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred (fresh graduates/entry-level applicants accepted).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) is essential.
• Previous experience in logistics/supply chain is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle JDE) is an advantage.
