Ensure contracts include correct terms, payments, clauses, and landlord/tenant details.
Handle contract termination, amendment, and renewal documentation.
2. Ejari Registration & Compliance
Create, renew, cancel, or update
Ejari
registrations through the official system.
Ensure all documents meet RERA requirements before processing.
Maintain accurate Ejari records for all managed properties.
3. Tenancy Renewal Process
Track tenancy contract expiry dates and initiate
renewal notices
and negotiations.
Coordinate with tenants and landlords regarding renewal terms, rent adjustments, and legal timelines.
Ensure renewal contracts and Ejari updates are completed on time.
4. Tenant & Landlord Communication
Respond to daily inquiries from tenants and landlords professionally.
Handle maintenance requests and follow up with maintenance teams until completed.
Provide updates on unpaid rent, bounced cheques, and move-in/move-out procedures.
5. Documentation & Database Management
Maintain an organized digital record of all properties, contracts, Ejari documents, payments, and renewals.
Create monthly reports on occupancy, renewals, and pending cases.
Ensure all documents are stored according to company standards.
6. Financial Coordination
Assist in preparing invoices related to rent, maintenance, and agency fees.
Follow up on outstanding payments and rental collections.
Track security deposits, refunds, and clearance documentation.
7. Compliance & RERA Knowledge
Ensure all procedures comply with
Dubai Tenancy Law
, RERA guidelines, and DLD standards.
Keep updated with any regulatory changes affecting tenancy and property management.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience
Minimum
2-4 years
experience in Property Management or Real Estate Administration within Dubai.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Excellent communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws and RERA regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases daily.
