We are seeking an experienced

CRM Expert with Zoho expertise

to join our growing team for a 1 to 3-month mission. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

Zoho CRM and Zoho One implementation

, customization, and optimization. As a CRM Expert, you'll work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure the successful rollout of our new CRM system.

About the Role:

This role requires an individual with

360-degree Zoho CRM experience

who is eager to be involved in the entire implementation process. The role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact by optimizing our CRM processes and improving the efficiency of our teams.

Guide

our team into the customization of Zoho.

Implement

Zoho features with our team.

Improve

our zoho organization with your experience.

Train

our team to use Zoho.

Support

& Debug.

We Are Looking For:

Proven experience with Zoho CRM

(implementation, customization, and integration). Strong understanding of

CRM workflows

, automation, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and

analytical skills.

Ability to work

at least 4 days a week

in the Dubai office in Media City (Tram Access). Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Previous experience in CRM troubleshooting and support A proactive and self-driven approach to work

English
