Job Title: CRM Executive - Zoho Projects

Salary Range: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will support our accounting firm by managing client data, streamlining communication workflows, and enhancing CRM efficiency to drive business growth. The candidate must be capable of working independently, taking initiative, and maintaining high standards of task ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects based on company processes.

- Manage and maintain client records, sales pipelines, follow-up automation, and reporting tools.

- Create, monitor, and update tasks, workflows, and reminders in Zoho Projects.

- Collaborate with the team to streamline internal processes and improve client onboarding and servicing.

- Prepare and generate reports from Zoho to assist in strategic decision-making.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho-related issues and liaise with Zoho support if needed.

- Ensure CRM data integrity, accuracy, and security at all times.

- Proactively suggest improvements to optimize CRM usage and client experience.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects (minimum 1 year).

- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and user management.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

- Prior experience in the accounting, tax, or professional services sector is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Initiative-driven and solution-oriented mindset.

- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines.

- Basic knowledge of accounting or client service processes is a plus.
