The Mission:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive CRM Expert with deep Salesforce platform experience. Your primary mission will be to architect, implement, and manage a robust Salesforce solution that seamlessly integrates our patient outreach, marketing automation, scheduling, and follow-up care processes. You will be the key player in building a 360-degree view of our patient journey, directly impacting our ability to provide personalized care and grow our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

System Design & Implementation:Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Health Cloud or Sales/Service Cloud to meet the specific needs of a fast-paced medical clinic.
Integration Management:Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and our existing systems (e.g., EHR/EMR systems like Epic or Cerner, scheduling software, marketing platforms, telephony systems).
Automation & Efficiency:Develop and automate key workflows for patient communication (appointment reminders, follow-ups, educational materials), lead management, and referral tracking.
Data Integrity & Security:Ensure the highest standards of data hygiene, governance, and security, maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA regulations. Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions.
Reporting & Analytics:Build custom reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient acquisition, retention, service satisfaction, and campaign ROI.
Training & Support:Act as the go-to Salesforce subject matter expert. Train and support administrative, marketing, and clinical staff on how to use the CRM effectively in their daily roles.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

Must-Have:*

3+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce (Health Cloud experience is a massive plus*).

Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems (EHR/EMR integration experience is highly desirable).
Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and process automation.
Experience building complex reports and dashboards.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
Big Plus:*

Previous experience in a healthcare, clinic, or medical provider setting*.

Knowledge of HIPAA compliancerequirements as they relate to data storage and CRM systems.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or higher).
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketing Cloud).
