We are looking for a CRM Agent to support our property management team by handling client inquiries, managing leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves daily communication with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring follow-ups are done on time. This position requires someone who is well-organized, responsive, and familiar with customer service processes in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries and follow up with potential tenants and buyers
Maintain and update client records and lead status in the CRM system
Coordinate with sales, leasing, and maintenance teams for client support
Monitor and track leads to ensure timely responses and high conversion
Generate regular reports on client engagement and follow-ups
Qualifications:
Arab native / speaker is required for this position
Experience in customer service, real estate, or property management is preferred
Familiar with CRM systems and basic reporting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
