GT4 Car Care is looking for a proactive and organized
CRM Executive
to bridge the gap between our marketing efforts and sales closures. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients reaching out through Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms. Your primary goal is to qualify leads, maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent follow-ups, and ensure our sales team is fed with high-quality opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management:
Monitor and download leads in real-time from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and our website.
Lead Qualification:
Call/message new leads immediately to understand their requirements and filter out "high-intent" customers from casual inquiries.
Sales Coordination:
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales personnel and provide them with the necessary context to close the deal.
Follow-up Mastery:
Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule for leads that haven't converted yet, ensuring no potential customer is forgotten.
Data Segregation:
Categorize leads (e.g., Hot, Warm, Cold) within our CRM system to help the team prioritize efforts.
Feedback Loop:
Collaborate with the
Marketing Team
to report on lead quality, helping them optimize ad spend based on which campaigns bring the best customers.
Reporting:
Maintain daily and weekly reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and response times.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in CRM handling, tele-sales, or lead management (Experience in the automotive or luxury service industry is a plus).
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM software (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Bitrix24) and Meta Business Suite.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be persuasive and professional on the phone.
Persistence:
A "never-give-up" attitude toward follow-ups and lead nurturing.
Organization:
Ability to multitask and manage hundreds of leads without losing track of details.
