To improve client engagement, handle CRM data, and assist marketing and operations, Arakkal Gold and Diamonds is seeking a proactive, meticulous CRM Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer follow-ups & engagement
Social media & WhatsApp interaction
CRM data management & reporting
Handling customer complaints & feedback
Coordinating special occasions & lead management
Supporting marketing campaigns & team collaboration
Requirements:
2+ years in CRM or customer service
Strong communication & organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms
