We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CRM Executive with a solid background in the Forex and CFD brokerage industry to join our dynamic team.



The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management systems and processes that support the company's trading operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CurrentDesk, Zoho One, and Zoho Plus, along with a clear understanding of client onboarding, KYC processes, lead management, and the trading lifecycle within the Forex/CFD environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms (CurrentDesk, Zoho One, and related CRMs) to support trading operations and client engagement.

Oversee sales lead qualification and conversion pipelines in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.

Support client onboarding processes, including KYC verification, account creation, and basic knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or similar).

Analyze CRM and trading data to enhance customer retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Manage the full lifecycle of CRM usage, including dashboards and reporting.

Generate regular CRM performance and sales reports to support management decisions.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of CRM experience within the Forex/CFD brokerage industry.

Strong hands-on experience with CurrentDesk, Zoho One, and other related CRMs.

Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and client lifecycle management in financial trading.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or Marketing preferred.
