to manage property listings and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will ensure all property information is accurate, updated, and optimized for maximum visibility, while supporting the sales team with client data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update all property listings on company CRM, website, and third-party portals.
Ensure accuracy of property details, images, pricing, and descriptions.
Coordinate with agents, photographers, and marketing teams for timely listing uploads.
Monitor listing performance and provide regular status reports to management.
Handle CRM database management, including client leads, follow-ups, and status tracking.
Generate and analyze reports on leads, inquiries, and market trends.
Assist the sales team with data entry, property documentation, and administrative support.
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies for all listings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in Dubai real estate (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
