Job Description
Execute CRM campaigns as per given instructions. Setup of content for E-Mail, SMS and Paid Social Campaigns. Ensure full tracking of executed campaigns. Assisting the CRM Manager in the day to day coordination with other departments. Generate Weekly & Monthly Sales reports requested. Liaise with various stakeholders to help creating meaningful reports on Campaign Performance. Calling customers every day for MSI survey (Sales & Service) Achieve 80% successful calls from MSI Sales as target. Prepare monthly MSI Sales report Handling & communicate with customers problems and complaints. Prepare fact sheet for CRM suppliers - Approval & sending LPO to supplier. * Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
