Job Position- Digital Adoption Lead (CRM Technical Trainer)

Role Summary:

Deliver structured technical training at foundational, intermediate, and advanced levels to ensure teams are fully proficient in our CRM systems and related digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onboarding and refresher training for digital tools. Deliver role-based and advanced system training. Facilitate training for upgrades, enhancements, and new tools. Enable power users and system champions within business units. Deliver assessments, certifications, and post-training proficiency evaluations. Track attendance, engagement, and readiness metrics. Provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years delivering technical or system training. Strong facilitation, presentation, and engagement skills. Ability to explain complex systems in simple, easy-to-understand terms. Experience delivering classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools and related business tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
