Job Description
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on CRM systems. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python). Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and CRM data management. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create meaningful reports and dashboards. Familiarity with statistical techniques and predictive modeling. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in marketing analytics or customer analytics is a plus.
