Job title: Data Analyst Location: Dubai Start date: Soon Responsibilities: Flash prescriptive reports from various platforms such as dialer CRM and database Monitor & Highlight business trends Flashes reports on process and associate sales funnel Skill Set Required: Strong understanding of Power BI Should have been working on the it for the last 2-3 years Strong understanding of Excel & Power Point Knowledge of platforms such as Python & R Studio will be an added advantage (R Studio will be better) Exposure to dialers will be an added advantage Carry out analysis and assessment on the organization/clients existing software and database management systems, and information technology need to identify the shortcomings and proffer solutions to meet clients' needs within time and cost constraints

• Power BI and data visualization
• Support business team in requirements gathering
• Work with data integration team to define and load data sources from multiple data warehouse systems
• Act as the primary liaison between the business team and IT to ensure timely delivery of world-class products
• In-source and manipulate metadata in Power Query for optimal Power BI report performance
• Build Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements
• Maintain thorough documentation of internal processes/procedures and individual projects
• Provide a point-of-view to business team on enhancement opportunities with each Power BI release
• Lead training sessions and share learnings among Performance-Driven Marketing team

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
