The role emphasizes leveraging CRM and data analytics to improve customer experiences and engagement strategies. You will collaborate closely with lifecycle managers and marketing teams to support customer-centric strategies, especially for UHNW clients, ensuring data governance and privacy compliance are maintained throughout. Success in this role involves driving the integration of AI with CRM platforms to achieve outstanding customer engagement metrics.
CRM Development and Management
- Lead the development and management of CRM platforms and customer databases.
- Define and track CRM KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Leverage AI and analytics to enable personalized communications and offers.
- Collaborate with lifecycle and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement.
- Develop AI strategies to enhance customer experiences and personalization.
- Work closely with lifecycle managers to support UHNW client strategies.
