Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell credit-related products and services (e.g., loans, credit cards, financing solutions) to prospective and existing customers.
Evaluate clients' financial needs and assess their creditworthiness in accordance with company policies.
Provide clear, accurate, and ethical advice about product features, terms, and conditions.
Assist clients through the credit application and approval process, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., underwriting, collections) to ensure smooth processing and servicing of credit accounts.
Stay up to date with financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking.
Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities.
