Job Summary:

Fintrek Marketing is hiring experienced and motivated

Sales Executives

for

credit card sales

in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least

1 year of experience

in

retail banking sales

, either in the

UAE

or in their

home country

, specifically focused on

credit card products

. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a well-established financial services company in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

credit cards

to individual customers through

direct sales

. Identify potential customers and generate leads through

cold calling

, fieldwork, and referrals. Clearly explain product features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and documentation requirements. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned

monthly sales targets

and performance KPIs. Maintain a strong follow-up process and ensure excellent

customer service

. Build and nurture long-term client relationships. Ensure compliance with

UAE banking regulations

and internal procedures.
Job Requirements:

Minimum

1 year experience

in

retail banking

or

financial product sales

(credit cards preferred) in the UAE or home country. Strong knowledge of

credit card products

and customer engagement strategies. Excellent

communication

,

sales

, and

negotiation skills

. Goal-oriented and able to work in a competitive, target-driven environment. Must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
