We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused

Credit Card Consultant

to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting the best credit card options to suit their financial goals, spending habits, and credit history. You will also educate customers on features, benefits, and responsible credit usage, while ensuring all compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance to customers regarding credit card products and services Assess client needs and match them with appropriate credit card offerings Explain interest rates, fees, rewards programs, credit limits, and terms Assist customers in completing applications and ensure proper documentation Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company credit card products and financial regulations Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and proper card usage Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes Handle customer concerns, disputes, or escalations professionally and efficiently Maintain records of interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking. Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations.
