INNOVEX AGENCY is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Creative Projects Supervisor

to join our growing team in Dubai. This position plays a vital role in coordinating and overseeing creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution across departments such as design, photography, videography, and content creation.

You will be the central link between clients and internal teams, helping turn ideas into structured plans and deliverables--on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the daily execution of creative tasks across departments. Propose creative ideas and support the team in design, photography, and content planning. Monitor timelines, deadlines, and ensure projects are progressing as planned. Act as the main liaison between internal teams and clients. Supervise end-to-end project workflows, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. Follow up on feedback, revisions, and team communications with clarity and professionalism. Identify potential delays or obstacles and proactively resolve them.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a marketing agency or creative environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic. A creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and provide feedback on visual work. Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously. Must be based in Dubai or able to commute daily to Nadd Al Hamar.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with creative or marketing agencies. Familiarity with project management tools like Zoho Projects, Trello, or Asana. Understanding of creative production processes including content creation, graphic design, or videography.
