Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive Procurement & Estimation Manager to own the end-to-end process of estimating and sourcing materials for our unique, design-led projects. You'll be central to transforming creative ideas into reality by managing costs, suppliers, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed material lists, cost estimates, and purchase plans based on project drawings and specifications Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers and fabricators across metal, wood, plastics, composites, electronics, and specialty materials Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules Oversee production schedules, perform quality checks, and coordinate logistics Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and fabricators Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, purchase orders, delivery notes, and quality certifications Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and engineers

Requirements

Proven experience in procurement for design/fabrication industries, ideally including estimation responsibilities Strong knowledge of sourcing suppliers and fabricators for specialized materials Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Professional communication and relationship-building mindset Proficiency in estimation tools (Excel, procurement software; ERP systems a plus) Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines Flexibility with work hours to accommodate project requirements

Work Location

This role is based in our studio in Al Quoz, Dubai. Local travel to suppliers and fabricators is required.
