We are seeking a talented and creative P

hotographer/Videographer

to capture the essence of our stunning premium holiday homes. You will be responsible for producing high-resolution photographs and engaging video content that highlights the features, ambiance, and lifestyle appeal of our properties, ultimately attracting discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct professional photoshoots of holiday home interiors, exteriors, amenities, and key details. Create compelling video tours/walkthroughs and short promotional clips of properties. Ensure consistent, high-quality imagery and videography that aligns with our brand standards. Edit and retouch photos and videos to an exceptional standard, ensuring optimal lighting, color correction, and composition. Highlight unique selling points and the overall guest experience in your visual content. Collaborate with our marketing team to understand specific briefs and requirements for each property. Manage and organize digital assets effectively. Work efficiently to meet deadlines for content delivery. Occasionally capture lifestyle shots or local area highlights related to the properties.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven professional experience in real estate, interior, or architectural photography and videography -

a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is essential.

Based in Dubai with a good understanding of the local property market and aesthetics. Proficiency with professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and audio recording gear. (e.g. Canon, Sony, etc) Advanced skills in photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Strong understanding of composition, lighting techniques (natural and artificial), and styling for interior and architectural shoots. Ability to create engaging narratives through video. Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye. Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. Hardworking, quality output, and reliable to complete the work A valid UAE driving license and access to your own transportation are highly preferred.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of 360-degree photography and virtual tour creation. Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms.
