The ThinkMarkets marketing team is looking for an experienced creative digital copywriter to join our rapidly expanding global team! Are you passionate about paid search, display advertising and the PPC journey? Are your creative writing skills honed to grab attention in the space of 5 seconds? If so, we want to hear from you! The role: The role will sit within the content department and report to the Head of Content. You will work closely with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure our paid media approach entails consistent messaging across a global market and various forms of paid media. You will be writing creative copy for the whole paid media journey, from adverts to landing pages across various platforms. Your focus will be paid media, bringing with you a deep understanding of the principles of copywriting for paid adverts; working with the paid media and creative teams to create and distribute a global paid media strategy. This role is for someone who is experienced in producing content for paid media, with a background in advertising or paid inbound marketing. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating & driving the paid media content strategy globally.
  • Communicate our offering in a short space of time.
  • Work with the paid media team to create copy for Google ads, social media ads, display ads, plus more.
  • Pair these adverts with landing pages specifically for paid media.
  • Create and manage multiple journeys for paid ads with consistent messaging and tone of voice in-keeping with the brand.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and internal business partners to deliver highly effective initiatives.
  • Have a firm understanding of our company – what we do, who our clients are, what we communicate to them (and why), using those insights to shape and support our content strategy.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' proven experience within advertising copywriting or paid media
  • Experience working within financial services or trading is a must
  • Proven track record of creating and owning content strategies for paid media
  • A very good understanding of content marketing, the marketing funnel as a whole and on-boarding journeys, especially within paid media
  • A good understanding Google ad words
  • A highly creative approach, able to think outside the box and willing to test different approaches to find the right one
  • Experience in bottom funnel content that converts
  • Experience with A/B testing messaging
  • Excellent creative copy skills that makes an audience take action
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • International experience is highly desirable
