As an Associate/Sr Associate-Digital Marketing, you will have the chance to work on high-budget
performance marketing campaigns across multiple verticals and paid media sources for multiple
clients. This would be a high ownership role where you will manage both the marketing spend
as well as the revenue generation from the client.
  • Plan, manage, execute and scale performance-based marketing campaigns on Native/Social ad
platforms
  • Perform ongoing expansion and optimisation of keywords.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies which are focused on increasing
campaign ROI.
  • Experiment, scout and implement new digital marketing channels, tools, best practices
to consistently improve ROIs.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps,
impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue
tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and
point out key areas of improvement in accordance to internal performance goals.
  • Traffic and Competitor Analysis regularly & routinely to maintain an edge.

What skills & experience do you need?
  • 1+ years of experience running digital ad campaigns on native platforms like Facebook,
Outbrain, Taboola etc.
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing is an added advantage
  • An analytical whiz who likes to work with complex data
  • Someone with a flair of understanding customer needs & behavior and able to
translate it to marketing collateral (headlines, ad copies, etc.)
  • Someone who likes working in a fast-paced environment in a high growth business
  • Someone looking for end-to-end exposure to the digital marketing ecosystem in the
North American market
  • An Independent thinker who can translate performance goals to actionable results
  • Someone who wants to have a slice of high-stakes responsibilities and make a direct impact to
the profits of the company
