Crane Rigger Operator
Job Description
Position: Crane Rigger Operator
Location : Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1500 AED
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment
- Perform pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks on cranes to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Rig and secure loads using appropriate lifting and rigging techniques
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues with cranes
- Train and mentor junior crane operators and riggers
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial environment
- Valid crane operator certification
- Strong understanding of rigging techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to crane operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and rigging plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to work in a variety of weather conditions
