New Age Insurance Brokers LLC is looking for a qualified and experienced Manager to lead our General Insurance Department (excluding motor insurance). If you have a strong background in the UAE insurance market and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions to clients, we'd love to hear from you!
? Requirements:
*6 to 10 years of UAE experience with insurance broker
*Strong expertise in General Insurance products such as Fire, Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, Burglary/Theft Insurance etc.
*Proven track record in team leadership and client relationship management
*Solid understanding of the local insurance regulatory environment
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
? Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage the General Insurance department.
*Develop and implement strategies to grow the portfolio and improve client retention
*Collaborate with insurers to secure competitive terms and tailor-made solutions
*Ensure full compliance with UAE insurance regulations and internal standards
*Mentor and support a team of insurance professionals.
