Corporate Sales Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B segment. Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients. Lead and motivate the corporate sales team to meet and exceed targets. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings to client needs. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Negotiate contracts and pricing with corporate clients in alignment with company policies. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services/products.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience (1-2 years) in B2B/corporate sales. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Ability to travel as needed.
