Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Sales Manager to lead a results-driven sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing weekly sales numbers, driving a data-driven sales culture, and pushing the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role will focus on increasing sales percentages and ensuring continuous growth through effective sales strategies and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data-Driven Sales Management:



Collect, analyze, and review weekly sales data to monitor team performance and identify trends.

Develop actionable insights from data to optimize sales strategies and close performance gaps.

Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities.

2. Target Achievement:



Set clear, measurable targets for the team and ensure consistent progress toward achieving goals.

Drive accountability within the team by regularly reviewing individual and team performance.

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to boost sales output.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution:



Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Proactively identify opportunities to increase the sales percentage and expand the customer base.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

4. Team Leadership & Motivation:



Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.

Reinforce best practices, encourage collaboration, and ensure team alignment with company goals.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies, review progress, and address challenges.

5. Client Engagement:



Support the team in maintaining and growing key client relationships.

Ensure that client feedback is incorporated to improve the sales approach and overall satisfaction.

Work closely with the team on client proposals, negotiations, and closing high-value deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

10-15 years of proven experience in corporate sales and sales team management.

Handling international clients

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data for decision-making.

A proven track record of driving teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and manage a results-driven team.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) and data analysis tools.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
