Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Corporate Sales Executive (Filipin0 nationality required)

to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is focused on driving corporate sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets -- ensuring ECOS Dubai Hotel remains a top choice for corporate clients in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct regular client visits, sales presentations, and site inspections Support the Sales Manager with proposals, strategies, and action plans Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records, reports, and client databases Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field 2-4 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry (UAE experience preferred) Solid understanding of the Dubai corporate travel and business market Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proficient in MS Office and hotel CRM/sales systems Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated team player Filipin0 nationality preferred (due to role-specific language and market focus)
