The objective of this role is to use technology & digitalization to drive talent initiatives, HR efficiency, improvements and organizational data requirements across IFFCO. The responsibilities will vary from high-level planning and strategizing to project managing various sub-projects to directly engaging in the triage of complex system issues, system configuration, data loads, identifying gaps in existing HRIS setup and giving recommendations accordingly, etc
Roles & Responsibilities
Work with Global HR and Information Systems teams to provide system support to help manage urgent & complex system issues and new implementations on HRIS Infrastructure including Oracle, SAP S/4 HANA, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.
Work as a subject matter expert for all Success factors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance management, Succession planning & Career Development, Compensation, Learning Management, Analytics).
Should work as first point of contact for HR to HR queries.
Identify the gaps in HRIS data, processes, and adoption and provide recommendations to HR leadership.
Understand and potentially perform configuration updates to all HR systems and work with the technical team on interface modifications, provide support for data import & exports and assist with security management.
Provide assistance to support all HRIS systems (Success Factors, Oracle, SAP modules) and processes, including access management, troubleshooting and manage change request.
Act as the primary system lead for trainings. Assist with power user training needs and develop/update training content.
Self initiate any new system SRT’s for new releases and updates with help of IS team.
Prepare, present and track HR Technology Budget.
Own and manage Technology road-maps/plans for HR Systems and report progress.
Facilitate the creation of HR functional requirements for all kinds of automation and solutions through Oracle / SAP/ SF or any other IT system.
Liaise with vendor and internal stakeholders whenever required to implement new solutions and ensure quality assurance processes.
Ensure project management methodologies and governance is followed.

Work experience requirement
Experience in leading cross-module SuccessFactors implementation and improvements.
Certification in SuccessFactors module(s).
Experience in SAP S/4 HANA HR is desirable.
Experience in managing SuccessFactors support and trainings.
Knowledge of Oracle HR Modules.
Ability to comprehend business needs and translate in system change/improvement identifications.
