Vision & Strategy

• Help set the vision and the overall strategy of our continued growth plan, including defining goals, KPIs, and novel go-to-market strategies.
• Help manage current and forecasted growth, profitability, and enterprise value.
• Responsible for driving day-to-day execution operations
• Serve as a key external spokesperson and a public champion for the company

Execution

• Responsible for continuously developing and refining business
• Mitigate business and operational risks
• Help originate and manage strategic partnerships & relationships to drive growth.
• Help portfolio companies to grow via corporate development and fundraising

* We'd Love To Hear From People With: -Undergraduate degree in business management/finance and consistent record of high performance -Corporate development/VC/PE experience -Investment/M&A analysis, valuation and financial modeling 1-3 years -Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload -Demonstrated ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions -Demonstrated ability to succeed in ambiguous situations -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects -Proven communication skills, both verbal and written -Energetic, resourceful self-starter with high integrity, skilled at developing and maintaining highly effective relationships Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
