Job Responsibilities

Develop Mobile Network Target Architecture, long term roadmaps and ensure it is closely aligned to business strategy and company goals
Adopt new technologies and transform them to optimum network plans
Make sure yearly plans are aligned across all planning and design functions in relation to annual approved spend and are compliant to network architecture
Develop growth scenarios and recommend optimum ones considering network resilience, network lifecycle and new technologies
Identify network simplifications opportunities that would improve the architecture and transform them into action plans
Operate across different planning domains and take responsibility for high level network architecture to provide best Customer Experience & Network Performance
Analyze telecom industry architecture blueprints to identify network opportunities and gaps for improvement
Recommend innovative, optimum solutions with a maximum level of simplicity that meet network and customer requirements
Investigate consistent network issues and recommend optimum solutions to overcome them
Explore and share best practices analyzing VF-Group technology guidance, vendors’ solutions and other operators deployments
Identify and lead required POCs related to E2E target architecture and new technologies
Document Network architecture and own solution documents
Ensure adherence to VF Global Architecture team strategies, standards & policies

Qualifications and Skills

6+ Years of experience in EPC and Gi LAN services (EPC, Video Optimization, DPI)
Solid and Proven knowledge of mobile network al generations (2G/3G/4G/5G) architecture and design
Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (NFV & Cloud)
Good knowledge of IP Transport layer (routing, switching, Firewall, NAT, IPV6)
Budget Management
Strong communication and influencing skills
High team work and performing through people
Solid experience in Core Signaling Architecture
Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
