Job Title: Sr. Specialist – Calibration Division: Maintenance - Calibration Country: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Work Location: UAE (RAK head office) Job Type: Sr. Specialist - Calibration Employment Type: Full Time Employment (Limited Contract) : Purpose: The role holder is responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner. Responsible to perform periodic testing and calibration as per approved schedule and prepare and revise SOPs as per schedule. Responsible for to act as DI champion and follow the data integrity plan instructions. Key responsibilities & Accountability: • Responsible to prepare and revise the SOPs for equipment and instruments for all the plants. • Preparing the training documents and conduct the training for OJT for all staffs and provide the training to outsiders. • Handling and follow-up the Amplelogic for all calibrations task, CAPA, change control and deviations. Self (GEMBA) status related to calibration department and then follow it for closing after completion, in coordination with QA department. • Responsible to arrange and organize equipment/instruments, reference standards in SAP including uploading, deactivating equipment/instruments. Maintenance Plan uploading & deactivating, location change data and spare parts uploading and others. • Conduct demonstration for calibration activities workflow for trainees’ students. Attendance and receiving of Data integrity training and mentorships. • Responsible to follow Data integrity principles as per regulations. • Communicate with sub-ordinates or superiors for better understanding on data integrity implementation. • Responsible to explain and cascades coaching on Data integrity procedures. • Conduct walkthrough and rounds in corresponding are for ensuring Data integrity and gap identification. • Responsible to conduct and follow assessment and progress of Data integrity systems. • Give suggestions and recommendations on Data integrity adherence practices.
