Key Responsibilities - Copywriting for Online and Offline Brand Engagement

Content Strategy:

Develop and implement engaging content strategies tailored for both online platforms (websites, social media, email) and offline touchpoints (in-store signage, print ads, event collateral) to strengthen brand identity and connect with diverse audiences.

Creative Writing:

Write clear, persuasive, and consistent brand copy that inspires action and reinforces Nice one's differentiators across all channels.

Cross-Channel Integration:

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and retail teams to ensure a unified tone of voice and messaging throughout the customer journey--both digital and physical.

SEO and Online Optimization:

Create online content with strong SEO focus to drive traffic, improve engagement, and enhance rankings for key brand terms.

Campaign Support:

Support omnichannel marketing campaigns by delivering attention-grabbing headlines, product descriptions, and promotional copy for online and offline launches, events, and activations.

Editing and Proofreading:

Review, edit, and proofread copy for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Nice one brand guidelines.

Audience Research:

Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform copy decisions and ensure resonance with target demographics, including adapting content for local culture and trends.

Brand Consistency:

Uphold Nice one's commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral language and brand representation throughout all communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications - Copywriting, SEO, Retail Content

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field. At least 3 years of hands-on copywriting experience, preferably supporting both online and offline brand campaigns within the retail or omnichannel sector. Demonstrated expertise in SEO copywriting for web, as well as crafting compelling offline materials. Superior writing, editing, and proofreading abilities--able to translate complex ideas into customer-friendly language. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging across channels. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Sensitivity to cultural nuances and a strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's market is a plus. Passion for inclusivity, diversity, and fostering a supportive, gender-neutral team culture.
