We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator (Grade 5) to join our Demand Planning team in Dubai.
Scope: Coordinator- Demand Planning is responsible for overseeing and monitoring Onboarding functions, ensuring that administrative processes are followed through. Provide support to management, including handling correspondence to comply on Mobilization and Non-mobilization trainings client requirement. This role requires thorough attention to detail and will include communicating and coordinating with Business Units, Demand Planning and Welcome Centre. Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
Financial:

  • Raise Purchase Requisitions on time for all external provider Invoices.
  • Release Arrivals within a timely manner
Customer:
  • Liaise with external course providers to schedule / reserve sessions as or when required according to Training demand.
Process:
  • Promptly update and accurately maintain Training records on TR360 and organize training filing.
  • Ensure the Training Mobilization process is followed through for all Arrivals.
  • Gather, organize, and upload data required for analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure all stationery and session supplies are stocked and available for the business unit.
  • Monitor for adherence to the Monthly Compliance in partnership with Assistant Manager and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and plan and schedule learners for mobilization and non-Mobilization trainings, 7 days before calendar training dates are provided.
  • Arrange logistics for external and client related Trainings.
  • Prepare the class schedule and ensure it is accurately updated and published, map out training program for new joiners to support the Arrivals process.
  • Continually assess risk on Arrival Ageing and compliance and highlight/escalate to Management as a standard escalation matrix.
  • Print Training related requirements to comply according to contract standards such as Training cards etc.

Selection Criteria:
  • Basic to Intermediate level of Microsoft applications, majorly in Excel, Word, PDF
