We are currently recruiting for an Coordinator-Aviation Operations to join our team at Transguard Group.

Scope

To support the smooth and efficient delivery of the Chauffeur Drive contract, as well as any other allocated contracts, in line with the commercial agreement. Ensuring we always deliver exceptional service and maintain profitability & customer satisfaction.

Working as part of a dedicated Operations team, ensuring data integrity & accuracy are always maintained. Liaise with the relevant internal stakeholders including but not limited to finance, payroll, demand planning, recruitment, transport, accommodation and HR services.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Invoice reconciliation for all suppliers (tyres, branding, cleaning materials, DT etcetera)
  • Responsible for collating Traffic fines and update records
  • Responsible to report Manager for any disputed traffic fines
  • Responsible to maintain valid permits for other emirates
  • Responsible for any SRF requests for cleaning and stationary / Uniforms etcetera
  • Responsible to check Salik Account and follow procedure to perform top up the balance
  • Responsible to ensure Salik balance is up to date
  • Raise Shifting Notice and TRF whenever required
  • Petty Cash / Credit Card request whenever required
  • Responsible to raise any PR /LPO / GRN for the department
  • Follow up with PR approval and respond to queries
  • Responsible for record keeping such as IR\'s / Supplier documents / Audit files
  • Responsible to maintain driver database
  • Ensure to have valid and validity of the items present in Depot / Report Manager if invalid
  • Manage Tissue boxes and IO water inventory
  • Maintain mobile phone tracker
  • Training compliance tracker
  • Accomplish tasks within an established timeframe
  • Weekly report: Tire Replacement Tracker, Maintenance Tracker, and Breakdown Tracker
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors & fellow employees

Knowledge - Experience
  • Years in Similar Position: N/A

  • Years in GCC: 4
Knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 Education
  • High school or above
Knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 General
  • Understanding of KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Understanding of Payroll, T&A systems, Rostering and Deployments
  • Knowledge of general Operational procedures and overall services
  • Previous administration experience
  • Limousine & RTA process knowledge
