Support the recruitment and hiring process of the LOC workforce as per the recruitment planthrough;
o Accurate representation of the position through job descriptions, updating as newinformation is known o Posting job advertisements o Screening applications o Scheduling and facilitating preliminary interviews o Working with TBS workstreams to identify suitable candidates for positions based on experience and knowledge/skills to be put forward for final interviews o Completing the supporting paperwork required for efficient and compliant hiring
Coordinate the onboarding of both Mowasalat and Accord Pitch employees into the LOC team, andCountry if applicable, through;
o Delivering and/or scheduling the relevant new joiner inductions o Presenting and ensuring the new employees understand established policies and procedures o Ensuring all personal documentation is completed and uploaded into the WorkforceManagement System
Support in the planning, developments, distribution and operation of the following workforceservices;
o Catering o Accreditation o Uniform o Transport
Collaborate with the LOC and lead on the;
o Creation of training materials relevant for their positions and delivery of training for theTournament o Managing the invites and attendance of the LOC workforce at their scheduled training sessions o Scheduling and rostering by position and location uploading into the WorkforceManagement System o Publishing rosters and managing responses/confirmation of receipt to ensure rosters are received and schedules are understood for accurate representative of teams at TBSlocations for the operation
With support from management, plan and coordinate the LOC workforce
operations at required Test Events; headcount planning, recruitment, training, catering,accreditation, uniform and workforce check-in/out Experience
Minimum 3 years of work-related experience, and any combination of education and training, whichprovides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
Previous involvement in planning and operating complex events Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Contract length: 5 months Experience:
